This ticks most of the items for clothing on a hot summer day. This easy to replicate with your favorite button-down shirt pattern. You might have to adjust the armscye to prevent see through. My favorite button-down pattern is the Liesl & Co Classic Shirt:
Yes, there are plenty other shirt patterns available and definitely use one that you already have fitted. I like this one because of how well it is drafted. The changes that I would make is not cut off for the front placket, remove the sleeves, raise the armscye, straighten the hem, and add the side slits. I know it sounds like a lot of changes but it is not. Probably the hardest piece would be getting the armscye correct. If you already have a fitted sleeveless armscyc, then use that armscye on the shirt.
