This is New Look 6500.   This is a basic shift dress with variations.  Once fitted you could make a lot of variations. 

This is the Laurel shift dress pattern by Colette.  If you poke around a bit you can find many variations for this particular dress pattern.  Become a member at Seamwork and depending on the type of membership you can get this pattern for a good price.
