This week's scrap buster is more of idea with a picture:
This is the Peyton Reversible Patchwork Quilt from Pottery Barn.
This would be a great way to use up excess flannel scraps/yardage whatever you have. Of course, you would need an idea of how big you want your quilt but it could be baby quilt all the way to king size quilt. Here is a link to a chart with quilt sizes.
Personally, I think that varying the size of blocks would be more interesting but it is your quilt to do what you want with. Generally, I use a 1/2" seam with flannel because of fraying but I am sure if you do a little research you can find the answer.
